Introduction to Hypnosis Therapy

Hypnosis is a state of relaxation with a heightened mental awareness and a natural State that we go in and out of on a day-to-day basis, a trance like state that resembles sleep. Hypnotherapy relates to the therapy that is undertaken whilst in hypnosis and is completely different to stage hypnosis which is used for entertainment purposes.

Certain information, e.g., memories & thought patterns, are stored within the subconscious mind and are not accessible via the conscious mind.

The subconscious mind stores all previous life experiences, skills, images that have been seen throughout your life. In fact, everything that has been experienced throughout your life span that is not accessible through the conscious mind is stored within the subconscious mind.

With the use of hypnosis, the conscious mind can be bypassed, and the desired outcome and results are achieved through communicating with the subconscious mind.

Here are examples of some of the therapies that I use, a few of many.
